Scope of work
- Manage the full software project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery.
- Ensure project efficiency and quality through effective use of Hybrid management methods.
- Develop project plans and propose technical solutions that meet client requirements.
- Recommend improvements in development processes and technologies to enhance software quality.
- Take ownership of project quality, progress, and team productivity (team size: 8–15 members).
- Collaborate with other PMs to resolve cross-team issues.
- Lead training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of team members.
- Initiate and manage productivity and quality improvement programs within your team.
Your Skills and Experience
<Must have>
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Project Manager leading teams of 8–15 members.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation in English.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent skills in planning, requirement analysis, and project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Logical thinking, effective organization, and strong presentation/documentation skills.
<Nice to have>
- Experience in frontend/backend/microservice development (Java, TypeScript, MongoDB, Git, etc.).
- Ability to develop internal tools to support management activities.
- Experience working in a Japanese product environment, with understanding of Japanese culture and communication style.
- Familiarity with HIS systems (HR, attendance, payroll).
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
- Proactive and enthusiastic in company events, sports, or cultural activities.
