Scope of work

Job Description:

We are looking for a developer who actively leverages AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle — from design and implementation to testing and optimization. While we welcome candidates with around 3 years of development experience, what truly matters is your day-to-day habit of using AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney, etc.) for designing, coding, debugging, and testing.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI-assisted solutions into the development workflow.
• Share best practices and contribute to a culture of AI adoption within the engineering team.

Continuously explore and experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in real development tasks (not just experimentation).
• Regular use of AI in daily tasks such as software design, writing code, refactoring, and testing.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals.
• 3+ years of experience in software development (flexible if AI usage is strong).
• Proactive, curious, and always seeking ways to improve productivity with new tools.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience mentoring or influencing others in using AI tools effectively.
• Portfolio or examples showing how AI tools improved your development output.
