Strong Japanese proficiency with a certificate of JLPT N1
Good communication skills in both written & verbal
Problem solving skills, analytical skills, good ability to provide practical solutions to customer’s concerns.
High sense of responsibility & professionalism
Ability to work under high pressure
Experience studying or working in Japan for at least 1 year
Working experience as sales, customer service, consultant etc. toward Japanese customers
Salary: ~ 30,000,000 VNĐ (Gross)
Salary review 2 times/year. Tet bonus, Performance bonus up to 3 monthly salary.
